ONE-POT DTECT ENABLES RAPID AND EFFICIENT CAPTURE OF GENETIC SIGNATURES FOR PRECISION GENOME EDITING AND CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS [Cell Reports Methods]

February 12, 2024

In this study, we introduce One-pot DTECT, an efficient and versatile platform for detecting genetic signatures with different detection modalities, including qualitative, quantitative, and visual outputs, using an optimized homemade one-pot reaction. One-pot DTECT streamlines the detection of variants for precision genome editing and clinical applications.
