DETECTION OF MARKER-FREE PRECISION GENOME EDITING AND GENETIC VARIATION THROUGH THE CAPTURE OF GENOMIC SIGNATURES

March 10, 2020

In this study, we developed a marker-free and versatile method to detect variants introduced by precision genome editing,

including CRISPR-mediated HDR, base editing and prime editing, or resulting from genetic variation, including oncogenic mutations in cancer mouse models, patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), and cancer patient samples.
